At the beginning of the year I decided to be more intentional with this space. 

Along with intentionality comes purposeful rest. 

I plan to rest from the blog and social media every seventh week. 

This is my week of rest and I NEED it. 

I spent a LOT of time online last week pushing our video. 

Now I rest.
